Through our signature Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program, U of T Scarborough Management students are trained by faculty experts in every functional area of business management as a foundation, with the option to specialize in one of the following areas and pursue 12 months of paid co-op employment while they complete their studies: Accounting, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, International Business, Marketing, Strategy (including Entrepreneurship).

Our BBA program is modelled after the MBA, where we equip undergraduates with the skills to future-proof their careers and rise to the challenges of our changing world, all within a four-year honours degree. We are highly focused on meeting the actual needs of today's employers: through co-op and experiential learning, every Management student gets to work through real-world business challenges with leading organizations, many of which hire students full time after graduation. We ensure that 100% of BBA students complete at least one Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) experience prior to graduating. Importantly, the Management program offers accredited pathways to earning your CPA, CFA, ACCA, and a host of professional designations, along with the tools and skills to become a successful entrepreneur.
