Understanding the Dynamics of Deterioration and Spoilage of Berries by Fungi

This research project aims to investigate fungal infestation and the shelf-life of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. Fungal contamination of fruits is a major concern due to mycotoxins, which can be harmful to humans. The findings of this study will contribute to future research on promoting the longevity of fresh produce and improving food safety.
