Plenary Session | Leadership Undefined: The Paradox of Future Military Leadership

The aim of the Netherlands armed forces is to be an organization that is both robust and agile, and one that is capable of adapting more quickly than has previously been the case. Such qualities are needed to be capable of dealing with modern-day hybrid threats. The great variety of threats necessitates creativity, diversity, cooperation and specialist knowledge. It is not only about technological innovation, it is also about social innovation. This panel discusses the implications for leadership and leadership development.
