Opiniones internacionales sobre la inmigración estadounidense
As an international studies major, immigration is a topic of interest as it is dealt with and
contested globally. For my final project in the Latinos in the U.S. course, I presented several
countries’ immigration laws and their treatment of immigrants. This includes statistics of
immigrants entering the country, their process for granting citizenship, and public opinion on
immigration into the host country. With this information, I then present how they would view
how the United States handles the issue of immigration. This presentation shows how the United
States’s immigration policies and treatment falls on the larger global scale. My PowerPoint
presentation is written in Spanish and accompanied by Spanish audio explanations.
