University of Toronto, Medical Radiation Sciences

The Medical Radiation Sciences (MRS) program is a professional undergraduate program that includes three distinct streams: 

• Nuclear Medicine & Molecular Imaging Technology
• Radiation Therapy
• Radiological Technology.

All three streams consist of eight consecutive semesters (three academic years), include approximately 42 weeks of clinical experience and are offered jointly by the University of Toronto Department of Radiation Oncology (Temerty Faculty of Medicine) and The Michener Institute of Education at UHN. 

MRS is a three-year professional undergraduate program designed for students with at least one year of university experience including courses in Biology, Math, Physics and Social Science. In addition to satisfying academic requirements, academically competitive applicants must participate in an admissions interview and submit proof of English proficiency (if applicable).
