IT 48 - SecureCare Connect: Empowering Safe and Accessible Healthcare Delivery

The SecureCare Connect project presents an innovative solution aimed at enhancing access to healthcare services through a user-friendly Android application developed using Kotlin. The primary objective of this project is to bridge the gap between patients and healthcare providers by offering a comprehensive platform that facilitates seamless communication and access to medical resources. Through SecureCare Connect, users can engage in (video) consultations with doctors, schedule appointments, search for specialists based on their needs, and get test requisitions from specialists. Additionally, SecureCare Connect supports prescription requests and refills, enabling users to manage their medications efficiently. One of the significant features of SecureCare Connect is its capability to store and display patients' medical visit history, empowering both patients and healthcare professionals with essential information for informed decision-making. Furthermore, SecureCare Connect offers follow-up care plans to ensure continuity of care and optimize health outcomes. By leveraging mobile technology, this project addresses the pressing need for accessible and convenient healthcare services, revolutionizing how healthcare is delivered and received.
