Asphyxiant gas leakage detection system is designed and developed to provide maximum safety for passengers, as it is designed for the cabin of the car. The system This system is developed using C programming in Arduino to make it more quick-witted. This system is manufactured using an MQ9 Sensor, MQ 135 Sensor, Arduino UNO 3, PCB Board, LED lights (RED, BLUE, GREEN), resistors, LCD display and buzzer. Both MQ sensors are calibrated to sense both CO gases and CO2 gases with a minimum PPM of 30. When the sensor detects the presence of any of these above-mentioned gases more than 30PPM, it will start beeping and the device also displays the content level of these gases. The beeping of the buzzer will turn off only when the contents of these gases are completely left from the cabin. The LCD display will appear as ‘NORMAL’ when it is safe to get in the car.
