An Electrifying Internship with Alectra Utilities

Alectra Utilities Government Relations Co-op was rooted in the energy industry. Alectra supplies energy to seventeen municipalities across southern Ontario. The work supported internal and industry strategy, and engagement of three levels of government – municipal, provincial and federal. It expanded my skills in the following areas, communication, policy analysis, and team collaboration. The internship also expanded my knowledge of energy stakeholders, regulations and policies, and future energy industry scenarios.
