Research Analyst at Good & Well

As a research analyst at Good & Well, I had the opportunity to learn about the impact investing and social entrepreneurship space. My main contributions were developing an ESG Maturation Tool, supporting the investments and deal team, and drafting a proposal for a community of founders. My key learnings were related to the potential of impact investing, impact vs sustainability, the value of community and relationship building, and how impact is different for everyone. My additional highlights were attending events and Good & Well internship programming.
