Information for Attendees - Schedule of Events

Monday, September 14th – Friday, September 18th

The entire Lafayette community is welcome to asynchronously (at any time) view student poster showcases. After viewing a student’s poster all are welcome to send a supportive message by selecting the “Contact” button on the student’s profile page. All members of the community are also encouraged to return to the virtual poster session on Friday, September 18th to attend the live sessions and interact with the student presenters.

Friday, September 18th, 4 – 6 pm EDT

During this time the community is invited to join live, online student poster presentation events using the poster session link provided in Lafayette Today to access the platform, and the individual live video chat links of the student presenters on their profile pages. Students in Group 1 present live from 4:10 – 5 pm and students in Group 2 present live from 5:10 – 6 pm.
