Acadiate is a personal showcasing platform built for the needs of today's students, faculty & professionals. Over the last 10 years our goal has been to give our users the easiest way to professionally Showcase themselves in the digital environment.

When the pandemic hit this year, we saw that our partners and users started leveraging the platform to run virtual events! We never envisioned being used in this capacity when creating Acadiate. Looking back on it now, it makes a lot of sense why it works. Incredible events are built around incredible people, and our greatest strength is our ability to Showcase people in an intuitive online environment. It gives us a notable natural advantage in running virtual events.

Another advantage we have identified is that we've been working in academia for 10 years. That means we understand the nuances that educators will face while running academic virtual conferences and can provide insights and best practices that have worked in other establishments! This also means we operate in ways that academia would expect when it comes to things like privacy, accessibility, reliability and more!
