Eating Sustainably on Campus with Forward Food

Plant-based eating offers incredible benefits for your health, the environment, and animal welfare. Plus, with enough information, it can also be easy, delicious, and affordable. Hosted by Humane Society International/Canada’s Forward Food program, this session will provide students with an in-depth look at plant-based nutrition. Forward Food Chef Amy Symington will lead the presentation and an interactive cooking demonstration, helping students to understand the many advantages of plant-based eating and sharing tips for incorporating plant-based items into their everyday lives.
