Start
your week off with Mindful Meditation practice! Join us everyday, Monday - Friday on
IGTV @utmhccwellness. Open to all students, staff and
faculty across #UofT. These sessions are facilitated
by student leaders and staff from the UTM Health & Counselling
Centre, offered as part of the Wellness at Home Program. Mindfulness
is about being present and in the moment. These free, drop-in, virtual
session foster an accepting, non-judgmental environment to learn and
practice different forms of mindful meditation.
No prior experience with mindfulness or meditation is required.
There is no registration or commitment. Just show up as you are and be
guided through a different mindfulness exercise each day, or check out
the videos at a time that works with your schedule. Lower Stress.
