Graduate students practice presentation and networking skills at virtual poster session

The transition to remote/hybrid teaching provided a challenge and opportunity to turn a traditional article review assignment into a virtual poster session. Graduate students engaged in this pedagogy course explored the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) literature to identify an article of interest and represented that research study through a visual and oral poster presentation. The interactive virtual poster session allowed students to practice presentation and networking skills in a high-engagement activity.
