Sustainability is woven into every aspect of the supply chain and the pants are crafted from only recycled materials and dyed with fresh mineral dyes. Scrap fabric pieces will be utilized to craft tote bags, to minimize the waste that we produce. Upbeat Jeans uses ethical manufacturing when outsourcing production and paying the in-house staff a fair wage of $15 an hour for part time assistance. Coinciding with the principles and morals of the brand, the employees are given time off for mental health, and encouraged to volunteer for the organization, Give an Hour, providing free mental health care to those who cannot afford it.
