Floating Treatment Wetlands: How, What, Where, When, and Why : There are many methods out there for improving conditions in a lake in terms of issues such as nutrient management, bioremediation, and stormwater management. Floating treatment wetlands are one such method and are becoming a popular small-scale community project as well as being researched for their use on larger-scale waterbodies. This presentation will discuss floating treatment wetlands - what they are, why they are a good option, how to make them, where to install them, and when they are an appropriate choice.
