The study examined college students’ (N = 104) actually experienced moral dilemmas during the COVID-19 pandemic. Students were asked to explain a moral dilemma they had faced and answer subsequent questions regarding its location and date, as well as their solutions and current living situations. Particular foci in the current study were on uncovering 1) the nature of (moral positions, social contexts, and dilemma contents) and the patterns in their dilemmas and 2) young people’s moral values and thought processes leading to their decision. The selected findings examine trends in content and social contexts of the dilemmas, and look at differences across gender, living situation, and age.
