Stedman Community Hospice

Stedman Community Hospice is located on the campus of St. Joseph's Lifecare Centre at 99 Wayne Gretzky Parkway. We provide end-of-life care at our ten-bed residential hospice as well as in the community, through our outreach program. We are committed to improving the quality of life of terminally ill patients and their families. We are a refuge from the day to day complications of illness, whether it's through our beautiful home-like facility or any number of our extensive programs and services. In addition to supporting patients, we also provide grief and bereavement support to their loved ones. We service Brantford-Brant, Six Nations, Haldimand and Norfolk counties.

Students from various programs related to our service may explore opportunities through the volunteer application process or through student placement services. Programs of interest include but are not limited to, social work, psychology, and volunteer engagement.
