The next generation of leaders will have the skills and experience to view business through a truly international lens. U of T Scarborough's Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Specialist Co-op Program in Management and International Business is U of T's only undergraduate international business program and the only program in Canada that requires both an international study term and a work term abroad. It provides an unparalleled grounding in core management functions, leadership in cross-cultural contexts, and international language development.

Through the University of Toronto's established study exchange agreements, students have the opportunity to study abroad for a semester in preferred destinations such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany, France, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. Leveraging U of T Scarborough's extensive global network and partnerships in co-operative education, students also complete paid, academically relevant work terms in Canada and internationally.
