Daringly Caring

There is a lack of care for frontline workers shown through increased burnout over the last 2 years. There is high attrition and limited resources as there are few functional education and tools from employers and institutions. These problems are all linked in a vicious cycle. Increased burnout feeds attrition, which in turn causes increased burnout amongst the remaining nurses. Underlying both is a lack of resources. 

The mobile app allows people to create mini-projects with collaborators such as family members and friends. Everyone can then share memories through visual, text, and audio recordings. This can be a keepsake that can be easily accessed on the job and outside job hours.
