Hendrick Medical Center South, formerly Abilene Regional Medical Center, is a 231-bed facility with inpatient, outpatient, medical, surgical and emergency care.

Public Entrances

Public access into Hendrick Medical Center South will be restricted to three entrances.

• Main Entrance - (Mon-Fri; 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.)
• Outpatient Pavilion - (Mon-Fri; 5 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
• Women's Center - Staff, wound care patients, and women's diagnostic imaging patients may enter at 6:30 a.m. Visitors may enter at 9:00 a.m. The entrance closes at 5:00 p.m.

The Emergency Department entrance is open for emergencies only. If you feel you are having a medical emergency, please proceed to the Emergency Department.
