The School of Nursing remains in the forefront of educating baccalaureate, master’s and doctoral students to act as leaders, change agents and problem solvers in the 21st century health care system. Our students learn to incorporate simulation and technology into their practice, provide evidence-based care and prevention, and advance nursing science through active programs of research.

Our students are leading the way with a focus on the patient experience, an understanding of how inter-professional collaboration with other health professions improves patient care, and a deep understanding of how societal issues and vulnerable populations impact health in communities and systems everywhere.
