Schuyler Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital, with a 120-bed skilled nursing facility attached. Schuyler Hospital’s main campus – on our over 50 acre facility overlooking breathtaking Seneca Lake – is located in Montour Falls, New York.

In the last quarter of 2005, Schuyler Hospital was officially recognized as a Critical Access Hospital.   A Critical Access Hospital (CAH) is a hospital that is certified to receive cost-based reimbursement from Medicare. The reimbursement that CAHs receive is intended to improve their financial performance and thereby reduce hospital closures.
