Residence at University of Toronto Scarborough is more than a place to live. Residence offers you the opportunity to develop your independence and leadership skills while being part of an inclusive and vibrant community. Nestled amongst the natural beauty of our campus, all residence spaces are a short walk from all that U of T Scarborough has to offer. Our residences feature both single and double bedrooms in suite-style townhouses and in our new 750 bed building, Harmony Commons. Enjoy the convenience of a residence meal plan and the ease of moving into a comfortable, fully-furnished room. Housing for Upper Year students after their first year is available in our apartment building and townhouses. 

If you haven’t already done so, log in to the StarRez portal to apply for residence and check for updates. Remember, the deadline for a guaranteed place in residence is March 31, 2024!
