    The Library at U of T Scarborough offers a wide range of services to support your research, teaching and learning. The Library at U of T Scarborough holds a local collection of about 400,000 print items, journal subscriptions, sound recordings, videos and films, a leisure reading collection, special research and archival collections. Full access to the entire U of T Library system (the third-largest academic library system in North America, behind Harvard and Yale) includes over 12 million print volumes in 128 languages, close to 100,000 serial subscriptions, 660,000 electronic journals, and over 1,000,000 electronic books. We hope to help you excel as a researcher and student. In the library you can book one of our group study rooms for group work, check out items from our library — and if we don't have it you can request delivery from other University of Toronto Libraries or other institutions.

    The Bookstore
     The UTSC Bookstore offers services for faculty, staff and students. Your textbook, course material, clothing and specialty items can be found at the bookstore.

    Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

    The University of Toronto Scarborough's Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Office (EDIO) is a central resource for all community members (students, staff, and faculty) to provide training, programming, and engagement initiatives related to equity, access, discrimination, and harassment. The EDIO’s consultations, resources, training and educational programming, and events promote inclusion and contribute to a sense of belonging for our diverse communities.

     

    Sexual & Gender Diversity

    U of T offers a wide range of opportunities for students to engage with sexual and gender diversity within and outside the classroom. The Sexual & Gender Diversity Office (SGDO), along with a wide range of student organizations and University departments, host a range of programs and services to support 2SLGBTQ+ students, students who are questioning their sexual & gender orientation, allies, and students who would like to learn more about 2SLGBTQ+ communities.

     

    Community Safety

    Everyone has the right to live, work and study in safety and we all share in the responsibility to make this possible! Our Community Safety Office provides safety tips, self-defence workshops, and events to help ensure your personal safety at school, work and home.
