Society of Otorhinolaryngology and Head/Neck Nurses

The Society of  Otorhinolaryngology and Head-Neck Nurses is the only nursing organization with a focus on ENT and head and neck conditions.  The Society was chartered in 1976 with 47 members and has grown to include nurses from around the world.

2021 – 2025 Strategic Plan

In the winter months of 2021, the SOHN Board underwent an intensive analysis of SOHN assessing the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) to the society internally and externally. From this analysis, the board created the 2021-2025 SOHN Strategic plan aligning on 3 pillars, Organizational Growth, Embrace Diversity, and Financial Stability. This five-year strategic plan is below and a detailed operational and action plan is available to members upon request.
