Brazos Valley Nurse Practitioner Association

The Brazos Valley Nurse Practitioner Association is a local affiliate of the Texas Nurse Practitioners (TNP) (http://www.texasnp.org/?page).  Our purpose is to advance support, and promote the role of the nurse practitioner (NP) and to promote accessible, quality nurse practitioner provided health care to our area residents. Membership is available to advanced practice nurses recognized by the state of Texas Board of Nursing as NPs.  Associate members are either non-NP advanced practice nurses (e.g. CRNAs) or post graduate level nurses interested in advancing BVNPA purpose and goals.  We also encourage NP student membership and meeting attendance as an opportunity to network and learn about the organizing processes required to advance NP practice locally.
