  • Established in 1987, the Navy Nurse Corps Association is a non-profit, national organization dedicated to bringing Navy Nurses together. We are an association for caring and sharing, where what matters most is not rank, but being, or having been, a Navy Nurse. Any Navy Nurse Corps Officer, whether Active Duty, Reserves, Retired, or Honorably Discharged, may join the NNCA.

    Mission:

NNCA is dedicated to preserve the rich history and the traditions of the Navy Nurse Corps. We accomplish this through networking and facilitating mentorship opportunities, advancing military nursing and advocating for the conservation of Nurse Corps memorabilia.

    Vision:

NNCA will be recognized as the preferred organization for promoting the Navy Nurse Corps legacy through camaraderie, mentorship and historical preservation.

    Values:

    1. We value enduring relationships based on common bonds as Navy Nurses.
    2. We embrace diversity among our members.
    3. We adapt to ensure future association growth and sustainability.
    4. We support our members by facilitating networking and fellowship opportunities.
    5. We cherish the traditions of our Association, military nursing and veterans.
