Space Coast Clinicians

Mike Thomas, PA and Richard Marino, NP are the founders of the organization and have keep the group together for years. It was their vision in 1988 to bring elements of two like-minded but separate professions together as a single force. At the time it was the first of its kind and proved to be a spearhead of what was to come. They were recognized in a national magazine for this innovative step to unite NP's and PA's for the future.

Today it's commonplace to see conferences, journals and job positions often referenced as NP/PA. The lines that divide us in our job description grows fainter every day - and our professions have continued to grow stronger.

Indeed, the entire health care team now encompasses MD, DO, PA, NP, RPh, PharmD and other titles as integral components.

In recognition of this Space Coast Clinicians has expanded to include other medical professionals, including Physicians and Pharmacists, who are integral to the health care provider team.
