Community Support Connections is a local not-for-profit organization dedicated to enabling older adults and adults with different abilities to live happily and healthy in the comfort of their own homes. Community-based, client-focused, and collaboratively-driven, we provide cruicial supports to over 6,700 of our neighbours in Waterloo Region, with the support of over 700 volunteers. Our services provide a holistic approach to maintaining independence and dignity, through our four areas of focus: Nutrition, Physical Health, Social Wellbeing, and Help at Home.

Our array of 13 different services provide tangible benefits to physical, emotional, and mental well-being, and bring peace-of-mind to clients and caregivers alike. Through empowering a disenfranchised local community, we are not only relieving the burden on our local healthcare network, but making a difference in the lives of our neighbours, as we care for our community at home!
